Personal Passions

Our Passions are what drive us to succeed. This inventory measures over 208 passions that are commonly found in the population and then cross-referenced to each ministry opportunity. The passions used in this assessment are not always church related but attempt to identify those activities about which people tend to be truly passionate

Professions and Careers

Each job or work experience has prepared individuals with additional knowledge, skills and abilities that can be utilized in Ministry. This assessment will help the member identify their unique background and then matches these to Ministries, which can utilize these abilities.

DISC

The newest feature in the AIM Ministry Management Application is the DISC profile. Many churches and businesses have used the DISC for many years. DISC is now included as a standard feature.

The DISC profile will help you determine if your staff, new members and current members are Task Oriented, People oriented… Outgoing or Reserved. Understanding how your church member’s personality work together will enhance ministry and cooperation.

Many ministries require Technical Skills.

This assessment identifies over 250 skills needed in all of the ministries listed in the resource manual.
